Jewellery Warranty

We offer a free 12-month warranty on all of our handmade jewellery to give you peace of mind! Within the first 12 months, repairs are free. For the next 12 months, we offer a 50% discount on the repair price for any jewellery that we've handmade in-house. Any The Natural Life™ branded jewellery item is covered under this warranty. Please note, if you have lost some beads, there may be a small charge to cover the cost of replacing them. If your beads were limited edition or cannot be replaced, we will work with you to offer you alternatives that suit the jewellery design, and your personality.

Please include detailed photos when contacting us about repairs so that we can accurately estimate the time it will take to repair your jewellery.
All prices include labour and materials, plus a free cleaning service. The prices quoted are for stainless steel repairs, which is our preferred material when softer metals have already failed, as it's stronger and more durable for jewellery that's worn daily or overnight. 925 Silver or Gold may cost slightly more to cover the extra material cost. O-rings can be sealed on request with professional jewellers adhesive for £3 extra per seal. Postage costs are not included.
