Product Information & Descriptions

Handmade, Natural & Unique Items

We strive to accurately represent all items through our descriptions and images. However, due to the nature of handmade and natural products (such as crystals and houseplants), variations in colour, shape, size, or pattern may occur. These are not considered faults and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Photos are for illustrative purposes only, unless the product description states that the image is of the exact item for sale.

Photography Policy

All of our product photos are taken by a professional photographer using a DSLR setup. Images are shot in RAW, then converted into JPEG format with minimal editing. We apply a small sharpness adjustment only. No colour editing is done, and we only shoot using natural lighting to maintain accuracy and authenticity.

Crystal Information

We provide information on the metaphysical properties and traditional uses of crystals for educational and interest purposes. These claims are based on folklore, historical beliefs, and anecdotal evidence. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

We make no guarantees regarding the results of using metaphysical products. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

Plant Care Guides, Errors & Fact Checking

We take great care in compiling our plant care guides and aim to provide accurate, fact-checked information. However, mistakes may occasionally occur. If you spot any factual inaccuracies, mislabelling, or misplaced text, please contact us.

We aim to correct verified errors within 14 days of our confirmation that we received your message.

Orders, Cancellations, Returns & Free Repairs

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel your order.

Returns: Changing Your Mind

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Exceptions:

  • Earrings & Pierced Jewellery: Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Personalised or Custom Items: Non-returnable if engraved, resized, or customised.

  • Used or Altered Items: Not accepted.

  • Houseplants: Non-returnable, unless faulty or not as described upon arrival.

If an item is returned used, worn, or not in resealable condition, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, up to 100% of the cost of the item depending on the resale value of the returned product. No refund will be issued if the item is returned in an unsellable state.

Returns: Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost. We aim to resolve these issues within 14 days of our confirmation that we received your message.

Free Repairs Policy

We offer a straightforward, free repair service for jewellery:

  1. Send us photos or a short video showing the issue.

  2. Post your jewellery to us.

  3. We will repair and return it by post.

Repairs are free for genuine issues not caused by misuse. All items will be inspected to investigate the cause of the fault, and customers found to be attempting to abuse the policy will have their repairs refused. Additional charges may apply for repeated damage from incorrect use. If an item cannot be repaired due to repeated damage, we may offer an alternative solution, or offer a discounted replacement instead. What's Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, rough handling, or not following the care guide.

  • Earrings becoming bent due to sleeping in them, for example, long drop bead earrings can become bent after sleeping in them due to them moulding to the shape of the hard crystal beads. This isn't typically covered under warranty, but please get in touch, and we will do what we can to help.

  • Repeated issues due to misuse.

Return & Repair Shipping Costs

  • Change of Heart: Customer pays return postage. We will only refund the cost up to standard delivery.

  • Faulty Items: We refund return postage based on the lowest tracked standard rate available.

  • Repairs: Customer pays for shipping to us. We repair free of charge and return the item at the customer’s cost.

  • Fees: Postage refunds are only available up to the value of the cheapest shipping option. Premium services like express or overnight services are not covered. Incorrect postage fees due to the item being returned in a larger box than needed or by inputting the details incorrectly when booking will not be covered. Postage refunds are always based on the lowest possible package size for the item.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 14 days of our confirmation that we received your returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 3–5 working days but may take longer.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, including in cases of:

  • Abusive communication

  • Returns abuse

  • Suspected fraud

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from the misuse of any product. Please follow any care instructions provided. Use of all products is at the customer’s own risk.

Intellectual Property & Licence

Unless stated otherwise, all content and materials on this website are owned by The Natural Life or its licensors. You may view and download for personal use only, subject to the following restrictions:
